Featuring an alumina strikeface with a composite backing, the Highcom Guardian 4S17M Level 4 Standalone SAPI Plate is a time-tested and highly cost effect NIJ Certified solution, and is one of Highcom's most popular plates.
Unlike its direct competitors, the 4S17M is NIJ 0101.06 certified, and not just lab tested compliant with no follow up audits, enviromental conditioning, or drop tests on concrete. The 4S17M can be found on the NIJ's CPL (Compliant Product List).
